All the way it was a very pleasant drive then all of a sudden may kupal na ganun, e open na open yun lane nya e, ayaw lang nya lang siguro malubak dun sa before ng bridge on that side, ina talaga.

    bro try this one.

lately once i go for the daily grind, i would pray just after i left the gate of my house and start BLESSING PEOPLE. what i do is just look at the person in the street (whom i think needs blessings) and just say "God BLESS YOU". i even do it for mmda, kotong cops, the bus drivers, sidewalk vendors, pregnant woman, crippled man passing. to anyone.

you know what, bumaba ang tension ko sa kalye. i hope the mere act of blessing another one would help them make it through the day. kahit na-cut ka ng jeep imbes na magalit ako i just say "God bless you" then move my own way.

siguro if all of us will do it this way, lahat masaya at yung iba kunin na rin ni Lord.

To avoid roadrage, have kids. Pag may bata na sa kotse, you cannot afford to lose your temper kasi bad example yun. I noticed when I became a dad, I stopped shouting at idiotic and careless drivers.

Ibig sabihin mga 4 years pa siguro bago tuluyan mawala yun road rage ko =). Pero that's true, even if i'm in the car with my mom lang, siblings o nephews di ako ganun ka bilis magalit.

I've found that if you give way to other drivers and be courteous, and if even one person says thank you, or waves in thanks, it gives you a high that'll last all day.

enroll in a yoga class, when i was still doing yoga di umiinit ulo ku....minumura mu sila calm parin yung face mu hahahaha kidding aside, yoga did helped in my outlook in life, more relaxed lifestyle plus better results in my sports

play some jazz or blues in your car stereo, although it's proven that rock music actually increases reflexes during driving. it also helps if you're driving a new car

Yoga class is totally out of the question hehehe. Totoo yun pag nagbigay ka ang the other driver say thanks, and same thing when another drive nagbigay sayo. But i find that a rare occurance these days, madalas gitgitan talaga e hangang sino prumeno. If you have driven in Cebu then you know what i'm saying, the drivers there are even more non-giving especially the cab drivers.

plus 1 ako dun sa *have kids* suggestion hehe
i myself am a father of two
sobrang hinahon ko talaga whenever i'm out in the road with them
kapag naman si mrs kasama ko, i try to set a good example sa kanya
    (student-driver kasi)

    but if all else fails
    nag-aaral mag drive...

...pull out na lang an imaginary gun from your glove compartment
aim mo dun sa k*pal na driver
    and laugh it all off

note: wag nyo iputok yun imaginary gun
baka meron imaginary grenade yun s*upid driver

I guess you're being funny coz you wouldn't really do this would you? I don't even know if anyone would actually stop to ease their mind. Sing a song pwede pa.
