Warrant of arrest? Or invitation lang?

As a courtroom regular, hindi ganun kabilis makakuha ng warrant. May prelim investigation pa, tapos file pa ng counter affidavit yung accused, tapos prelim conference, presentation of evidence, etc., all of which takes months. And only a judge (who is trying the case) can issue the warrant, taga-implement lang ang mga pulis

Baka may previous warrant na ngayon lang i-eenforce. At any rate, dapat sa mga adik na yan, maltratuhin muna bago ikulong. Para madala

agree!! pinaka mabilis na mka pag issue ng warrant is 15 days...

Kung sa hitman na rin mapupunta. Eto na lang ang suggestion ko.
