Parking on a blind curve is extremely dangerous. Motorists would not have enough time to react to the sudden appearance of an obstruction on the road and it usually leads to fatal accidents.

Agree boss, but it does not make him liable automatic. If you are a veteran driver you would have given your self time to react or slow down on a blind curve. mali pa din yung nakabangga especially walang lisensya at walang rehistro ang MC nila.

Parang bastat banggaan ng sasakyan parang palaging talo yung wala DL. I based my statement from experience, figured in an accident before, we are both claiming that the other party is at fault, kaso nung gumagawa na kaming dalawa ng statement dun ata sa may north harbor ( may dekahon ka na kokopyahin na mga statement na nakasulat ng malaki sa dingding tapos fill in the blanks na lng) di makasulat yung isang driver. Sabi nung imbestigador either no read or write sya o sobrang labo ng mata (dun panu sa license nya dapat may corrective lens sya) so technically daw parang driving without DL sya.

I could be wrong though na pag walang DL yung driver sya automatic na may kasalan and walang "lagayan" na nangyari dun sa imbestigador

No driver's license = no drive.
