    Just saw the video...hope he is alright after the incident. Too bad the adventure driver gets away from this, only in the Philippines.

    Hindi ba pwede isuspend/revoke ng LTO yung license nung Adventure driver kahit nakipag areglo na yung motorcycle driver?

    According to last night's news, DOTC CAR will investigate the matter because of the possibility of revoking the license of the erring driver.

    this sweeping generalization is very dangerous!
    Hinay-hinay lang, dito ako sa north bro pero most of the time ay ako yung defensive driver especially sa mga kerb. kadalasan bus at trak ang kumakain sa kabilang lane pag kerb na ang usapan.

    Hindi lang taga North ang agresibo dyan. Yung mga madalas umakyat-baba gaya ng mga ahente at driver etc. Di lahat sila ay taga norte. Kahit naareglo, sigurado laki ng obligasyon nila sa biktima. Para kang may bagong panganak na sanggol na iyakin

    nakuha sa pakiusapan, and i think the MC driver is poor to even hire a lawyer. I would assume that he is getting the short end of the stick here. Baka iwan kagad yan ng Adventure driver pag nakuha na ang pirma.

    At itigil na po ang pag generalize sa nga taga Norte dahil unang-una, taga Cavite yung Adventure driver.

    not necessarily. I once had a patient complaining kasi di na nagbibigay ng pera na yung nakasagasa sa kanya. Yung nakasagasa is a taxi driver. Sa simula daw nagbibigay pero later on yung malaki na yung kailangan for his operation which includes metal braces etc, hindi na raw makapagbigay. Maayos daw kausap nung naareglo na pero nung kailangan na talaga ang malaking money for operation ang dami ng dahilan. That patient is poor, I think yung pamasahe nga nya para pumunta sa hospital, inutang pa. Pero thinking about it, e paano kung dirt poor din yung taxi driver?

    Sana may lawyer na sumagot. Anong mga action ang dapat gawin sa mga ganyan. Naareglo nga pero later on hindi naman fully compensated ang naaksidente.

    In the end you can't milk a dying cow. Malas ka din talaga kapag nakabangga sa'yo eh walang pera. Puwede mo ipakulong kung talagang hindi mo mapatawad.

    dapat kasi yung "areglo" is a notarized document with consequences if the offending party does not fulfill his promises. parang contract lang. kaya nga yung sa aregluhan sa simple fender bender sa police station pinapanotarized pa e. aadvisan ka din ng pulis na gumawa ng police report kung siya mismo wala tiwala dun sa kaareglo mo. hindi lahat pero on the 2x na nabangga ako yung pulis mismo nag-insist na ipa-notarize namin tapos binulungan ako na wala siya tiwala sa hilatsya ng mukha ng nakabangga sa akin.
