This Honda Civic naman, mas matindi. Hindi tinted, kundi wala na yung plates sa likod. Pag may ma-hit and run ito, euro plate # na lang niya and makukuha mo. When I overtook, at least meron naman in front na WTL-608. (Spotted in SLEX)

I think the question is bakit di pa din nagpapalabas yun MMDA ng batas na pagbabawal ng pag gamit ng tinted na plate protector. I mean ano ba talaga puspose nun but to hide the plate number. Labo.

yup true. this morning, on my way to work, passing by south superhighway going to delarosa street (sa may riles ng tren) , may mga LTO people tsaka mga pulis na nang haharang ng mga sasakyan na may dark o tinted plate covers.

actually daming nahuli. pero i really don't know anong violation ang kinakaso nila. for one thing, i've noticed na tinatanggal lang nila yung mga plate number covers then they let those vehicles go.
