    Well, that's the problem. We have so many law enforcement agencies, many serving a similar purpose, but they can't seem to coordinate their efforts with each other. Tuloy, hirap silang mag-enforce.

    ano sa tingin nyo peeps? ibombard natin ng mga emails w/ pictures ang mailbox ng LTO at PNP?

    malamang sino mang ugok na LTO official at PNP official na gusto magpa-pogi ay makikita itong opportunity para lam mo nyo na sumikat. at least naipapatupad ang batas.
