You could ask the Casino guard what the heck it's about.
But if it's a regular thing, it might be official business... Casino Filipino is owned by the government.
Of course, that doesn't mean it isn't officials going over to gamble away their hard-earned pay (errh... hard earned?)... but if it's every day, I don't think even Senator's wives are that rich.

ideally, they should not be that rich. but there other factors like, mayaman na talaga sila, they have business aside from income from the government and could be...yes, whatever that you maybe thinking right now ;)
