grabe ang traffic sa may mabalacat, pampanga kaninang late afternoon. 1 hr akong na-stuck kanina dun (usually, less than 5min lang dapat). the problem is, the road (mcarthur highway) is being re-paved with asphalt. so naging one way/lane.
less than 2 months ago, the concepcion-magalang road was closed to trucks and buses because of the ongoing construction of the tarlac-clark-subic expressway. dito kasi dumadaan mga trucks and buses, so ngayon, lahat ng trucks and buses, sa macarthur highway na.
tapos sinabayan pa ng pag-repave ng road sa mabalacat. bakit hindi sila magcoordinate para maiwasan yung ganitong situation?

Crisis Management graduate siguro karamihan sa DPWH. They create a crisis then they manage...
