Wala naman nakalagay sa restriction na only PRO can accompany a student driver. I have never seen any black and white rule. The LTO personal is confused on it too. So ayun para iwas gulo, kumuha na lang ako ang license for my wife. Btw PRO does not mean you are a better driver than none PRO. Medyo iba kasi mentality dito sa Pinas. PRO means you are making a living out of driving. So PRO = driver, race driver, test driver, etc.

I think you are free to drive any car even nonPRO. I think the restriction only applies to commercial vehicles, like bus, jeepneys, truck, etc. You mean to say that I am violating a rule when I borrow my car from my relatives or friends?

Wala ba talaga tayo magawa politically to say like change unfair rules, etc.? Puwedeng lumapit sa congressman about this diba? Or Senate ito?
