dr.rivera, i know dr. ramos. he is a good man and has helped a lot of very very poor people in need. i also know that he is very very busy. unfortunately, i have not seen him enough lately for me to inform him about this thread. i highlighted a part of your message to stress the point that we should stay in topic. it does not follow that if he might have failed this responsibility as mr.mazdamazda explains, then he would likewise be remiss in his other obligations, such as what you are apparently insinuating in his medical practice (see highlighted text and quotation following). while i would not want to defend dr.ramos as i am not priviledged to know the specifics of the case, i think it is prudent that we do not delve into other areas that we do not know anything about.
