    mazdamazda: "you got a nice butt"... :D imagine, accord. well, ganun talaga ang buhay. mas malaki yung damage nung other party i presume.

    marami talagang nakakalimot na kapag basa ang daan, madulas. hehehe.

    ingat po tayong lahat.

    OT saglit ha: nabanggit mo kasi yang rainy day accident.

    Nung nasa U.S. ako, binangga ko yung mobile car ng California Highway Patrol habang naka-stop siya sa red light. Umuulan kse, nung tinapakan ko yung brake eh dumulas pa rin yung kotse ko. Anak ng fucha talaga!

    Mabuti na lang kotse ng Hertz yung gamit ko. Sila ang nakipag-areglo. Napansin ko lang, wasak yung bumper sa unahan ng kotse ko (Ford), samantalang yung kotse nung CHP eh tanggal lang yung plate number.

    sa toyota casa ang estimate... tutal insurance edi sulitin...

    P6,560 -> rear bumper extension (brand new)
    P1,085 -> reflector (brand new)

    P2,500 -> tinsmith labor

    P3,500 -> repaint of rear bumper & back door cladding

    P500 -> rustproofing

    mag 3 years pa lang ang vehicle kaya walang dep'n cost for brand new parts.

    sure yan... may butas ung bumper nya... ang baka kailangan rin i repaint... may gasgas na rin ung headlamps nya. bago pa lang ung accord... 2 years (pero ung previous gen). kaso alang compre insurance. kaya yan... doble pa ang gastos nila.

    ayoko isipin ang big bird!!! hahaha... baka magalit

    anyway... eto ang diskarte nila. the driver is claiming that he will ONLY be the one to shoulder for all the expense of repairing my car (nahihiya daw siya sa amo nya). he is suggesting that I have it repaired to his kumpare. but upon inspecting the rear bumper extension...

    heller? accord un kotse nila... may driver sila... ung mga anak nya sa lsgh & uap nag aaral. may prado pa raw sila sabi nung driver!

    tapos ung accord sa tabi-tabi lang daw ipapagawa.

    tama mazdamazda, sulitin mo na nga, that's what insurance is for, kala ko galing sa sariling bulsa eh, madugo yun, work out a deal with mr accord though, ask for money, wag naman yung sya magpapagawa, sa kakilala pa nya, kududa-duda naman yon, baka mapasama pa, based on what u've said mukhang barat nga yung may-ari, oto nga nya sa tabi-tabi lang ginagawa, oto mo pa kaya... good luck nalang with ur negotiation skills, m sure u'll work something out

    Reasonable naman ang estimate. Condolences lang, M2, mukhang 2-3 days kang mawawala ng ride.

    The driver's full of BS. He'd probably take it to a garage for trucks and container vans. However, baka tinakas ng driver yung tsikot at dehins alam ni bossing nya. Anyway, there is still command responsibility: the owner of the car should be the one to pay. Now, what the owner does to his/her driver would be up to them.

    Heck man, I'd tell that dude where he could shove it.

    In a nice manner if course.
