with regards to the tint, may mga nakasabay din ako na kotse (exact lancer model din) on that day mismo but their tints are not like that. meron talagang mga tints na sobra kung magreflect. i believe ito yung mga metallic na parang one-way mirror.
dilapidated/dirty plates are an offense and are in the same category as tinted plate covers di ba?. plate numbers should always be kept clean and easily readable. alam ko kapag ganito na ang condition, they should be replaced. in this case, (dunno if it's clear sa picture) karton na yung ibang parts nung plate number.

if you are the owner/driver, you would recognize your own vehicle even if the plates are partially blotted out. para this way, siya na lang nakakaalam kung siya nga yun.
driving along abad santos kanina, slow moving lahat ng vehicles kahit ang aga pa. the culprit, these 4 pedicab drivers peddling pizza hogging the MIDDLE lane at ayaw tumabi kahit marami na bumubusina sa kanila. eto nakuhanan ko sila nung tumabi sila approaching a traffic light. pero after ko malagpasan, bumalik sila sa gitna. i've no issues with people who are just trying to earn a living. pero sana naman wag yung nakakaabala/istorbo ng ibang tao.
