    Anong masasabi ninyo sa driveway ng Globe Pioneer Towers? Bad trip! Ang kitid ng daan...... anak ng teteng talaga!!!! Sino kayang hinayupak ang gumawa ng design nun......

    nde ko alam kung yan yung sa makati eh...basta may napag parking ako nun sa makati sobrang kitid nga....syet lalo na pag baba ko putsa kailangan pa konting atras para nde sumabit......

    haha..i know which one you mean...

    they have 2 towers right? yung isa..the one that's not facing pioneer is worse than the other...


    grabe ng nga yung ramp...puro pader...puro kiskis ng pintura..tapos pag lumampas ka dun hindi pa clear san liliko...its like a maze...


    calling DMC....

    this is one consunji project that's kind of crazy, ugly and dangerous pa.

    I have gone to globe at pioneer and my complaint is the parking level for customers is too deep!!! 7th or 8th level na ata! Nakakahilo na yung pag-ikot going down and up. And nakaka-awa yung ibang kotse na tumama sa sides ng ramps doon.

    Naku po eh parang kang MINERO kung magpapark ka dun!

    ghost, sinukat ko yang haba nyan from the 7th level hanggang ground level. inabot ako ng 2.8 kms..... tama ba yun?

    Ang gumawa ng building na yan ay D.M. Consunji.
    Ang original name ng building na yan ay Pioneer Highlands.
    It was supposed to be a upscale residential condominium per
    inabutan ng malas ang Consunji family at nabaon sa katakot-
    takot na utang. Nag flop yung project kaya ni lease out na lang
    yata sa Globe Telecom yung building.

    Ang bobobo talaga ng mga arkitekto ng mga building na ganyan.
    Sino sa inyo naman ang naka park na sa Rufino Towers sa Ayala (Smart Telecom naman yun).
    Ganun din!!!

    Yup, and to make it less boring for me, I try to drive thru it at speeds faster than most people would do it sanely. :twisted:

    Funny you should mention Smart. Because if you think that the Globe Duilding parking is bad, wait till you try the Rufino Tower parking--owned by Smart--in Makati.

    Is this evidence that Telecom Engineers don't know how to design parking areas correctly? :o
