Just a heads up for everyone. Parked my car nearby as I thought it would be the best place to flag a taxi in the wee hours going to the airport.
As I arrived, there's plenty of taxis lined-up along EDSA, just in front of the new BDO and Jollibee branch in Evangelista.
After boarding the taxi the driver gave me a sheet containing the cost to The Centenial Terminal: 598 PESOS! Jeez. Driver's excuse, "ganyan po talaga rate Sir." Lahat silang nakapila doon ganun. So I alighted and flagged another taxi instead. Total cost? 80 pesos plus tip. Which is what I expected considering the short distance.
So to those in need of riding taxis within the vicinity, including foreigners, please be advised. It's a rip-off and completely illegal. Ni-report ko na sa LTO at MMDA pero after returning to Manila today to get the car meron pa rin.

Those people just don't want to make an honest day's wage... always looking for the easy eay out. Maybe the city government is in cahoots with them?
