They proudly display a banner that "people should not deal with fixers" but reality is they themselves are corrupt!

Went there Jan 31 for my car registration/license renewal around 1:30pm. I have been doing business with them since 2002 (lipat from Muntinlupa) and ok naman, I usually finish within 2 hours. This time though I am in for a bad experience ... they released my stickers & receipt almost 6pm.

I never deal with fixers because ayaw ko contribute to the "demand" for them, and as I said even if I do this, less than 2 hours natatapos naman ako. I was with several people who also decided to take the normal way, and true enough sama sama kami nahuli to get out docs/stickers close to 6pm na.

    1. The assistants in green kept on coming inside the cashier's booth to pull out "preferred applicants" docs and bump the rest in line (I actually witnessed this more than 6x before I went in and question the (forgive me) stupidly-helpless-di ko po alam-tanungin nyo po dun sa window cashier (Ms. A Jimenez).

    2. Even the people inside kept on bringing in docs with money already, and they too bumped the people's docs who were there first (naka-ID pa sya ha).

    3. They call out first the registration with higher fees (P3k+, P2k+), pero every 10 call outs meron naman tinatawag na under P2k+ and yung pang license (less than P600/500/400).

I went to the cashier and ask her why she allows bumping to happen when everybody who are waiting in the hall can see what's she's doing. She answered "di ko po alam yan" ... I went nuts (kasi past 5pm na) and told her di ako naniniwala kasi nakailan na sya na pinalulusot at sya may hawak ng kaha. I was really mad kasi may mga tao na student permit lang, more than 3 hours waiting kasi nga singit ng singit inside. At the end the other lady who issues the stickers and make you sign the logbook apologized, pasensya na daw. I said "No, you should all quit your job and mangurakot na lang kayo. How can you sleep at night knowing na sa ginagawa ninyo para na rin kayo mga magnanakaw?".

Nagalit na ako talaga and I said words which I now regret. Nakalimutan ko na Kristyano ako and I'm not proud of me that day. I just hope may puntahan pa din ito bansa natin. Ang gobyerno natin really has gone to the dogs, nakakawalang gana na talaga.

No fixers at LTO? C'mon. That LTO office should change the streamer there with "Do not deal with Fixers OUTSIDE ... It is faster when we fix it INSIDE".

What I did is i went to the office of the agency head, Assec Anneli Lontoc, nakausap ko yung isang executive assistant niya, isang tawag lang, nakagawa ng paraan yung chief nang LTO diliman, nakalimutan ko yung pangalan. kakamot kamot ang loko, kasi di niya akalain na magrereklamo ako. Minsan kailangan yan e.

one of the benefits from AAP and other auto clubs... walang pila-pila sa LTO.

but this ain't the answer... kapal ng mukha talaga ng gobyerno.

nung medyo napikon na ako eh naglabas ako ng media ID (alam kong di rin maganda itong gimik na ito), tapos sinuot ko, sabay sita dun sa mga tao sa kaha. like you, i was with around 6 people who choose to go the normal way.

nun nasita ko, tapos one of them saw the media ID (which is Philippine Star, btw, under my name), bumilis yung pila.

Ganyan din sa LTO San Juan. Dun ako nag-apply ng driver's license. May kaibigan ako na nagrefer sakin dun, sabi nya may kakilala sya dun. Pagdating ko wala pa ung kakilala nya so hinabilin ako sa guard. So akyat muna ako. Sa taas may kumausap sakin na tomboy. Tipong "dito kayo sir, tapos dun naman kayo". Natunugan ko na na fixer. Ako naman tong walang alam, sige nagpatulong. Sa halagang P1,500 daw. So sige abot ako ng pera. Nilabas ng tomboy ung P1,500 then sinoli sakin.

Don't these bastard knows kung how much gas+toll fee plus pagod pabalik-balik sa lintik na opis na yan and to think kasalanan nila yun. As I can see, they can easily modify sa database nila diretso mismo ung mga corrections...or medyo nahihiya pa magsabi ung opisyal para diretsuhin ako....tsk tsk!

For the last few years wala naman kami problems sa pque ext. ofc., usually dumadating kami mga 7.30 or 8am tapos tapos na ng 10am, ang pinakamatagal na part is yung emission test. Other than that wala naman kami na encounter na fixers, minsan lang meron talaga nagbabayad ng extra para mauna, pero wala naman ako naranasan tulad ng na experience mo.

di lahat ng LTO ganyan. i go to the Camp Aguinaldo Ext. LTO at 20th ave Cubao. so far ok naman, parating mabilis except once wherin they had a computer problem. in contrast, the LTO in Cainta, which is nearer for me, is full of fixers and other forms of graft and corruption. don't bother complaining to their chief, cuz he's part of it. in fact, i wonder how his case in the ombudsman is doing?
