Its obviously at least 90% true. Knowing sa pag take ng drivers test palang you can bribe/pay the guy to answer the written and practical test for you and that their practical test is some delapidated owner type jeep. ew.
I say restructure LTO. Our Obudsman sucks in doing his job. Nice going obudsman you oughta be assasinated by NPA. That's why in province in Visaysa and Mindanao its rare that Public officials do not do their job, cos they'll be punished by NPAs.
I'm not a NPA nor a vigilante,I'm just saying that having a vigilante that punishes the abusive public officials are some how a good asset.
Yeah sure, but it is still useless if the MMDA and or Municipal and National Police are corrupt and not true to their jobs. I say boost the morale of the enforcers such as thereof so that they will do their job adequately and properly before implementing this. Otherwise its useless..
Taga STRADCOM ka siguro noh Horsepower?? TSK TSK
That's not a bad idea. I'm looking forward for you to make your thesis into reality. PM me pls and tell me all about it. I',m serious
I absolutely totally agree. Change the system of LTO and get rid of those corrupt officers permanently, else put it on the media, such as news paper and TV.
You're right. Put it on government vehicles first. Dapat nga its free, were tax payers after all and the Government and its departments are our subordinates, not boss. Be smart people!!

imho, stradcom was established/created just to cater to LTO. so they have to sustain their existence via the motorists via the LTO.
this is also the reason why kung ano anong pakulo naiisip nila (like the rfid).

MaxAJ, argumentum ad hominem.
Hindi ako tga Stradcom. I don't side with Stradcom either. I side with RFID technology. Gumawa kasi ako ng project study nito for a friend's company in another country kaya alam ko how beneficial it can be for the people. Of course, I also know its disadvantages pero it's too petty.
I'm just another fellow with an open mind who can understand what technology is for.

Sample Database

Make - Toyota
Model - Vios
Year - 2007
PlateNo - ZYY 300

Oh, ganyan lang malamang ang nasa Database more or less, so kung na-tag na ito, eh ano ngayon hehe. Traffic pa rin, marami pa ring kotong officers, tapos dagdag gastos lang sa motorists.

The scenario is like when the local supermarkets switched to bar code scanners from the manual price encoding. Lahat ayaw kasi hassle. I am for this technology and it might improve the way on how we register our cars.
OT: Natawa lang talaga ako parati na sinisi ang corruption... Sa ibang bansa (Korea, China), mas malala pa corruption pero mas maunlad pa rin sila.

You have a good point assuming yan nga lang. then again enforcement talaga parin
Well, ang diff din nating sa kanila is that mabilis ang media exposure and action nila to stop it unlike sa atin. Biro mo yung climate change law 2 years bago ma aprubahan.. WTH

I'm not questioning the technology. What I'm afraid of is that it could be wasted by the enforcers.
Siguro kung katulad nina Horsepower ang mamumuno at magbabantay nito we can put it to good use and maximize its potential.
Ang nakikita ko kasi dyan, ipapalagay lang nila tapos wala na. Napagkakitaan na nila e. Yung mga sensors na sinasabi nila, oo nga ilalagay lahat pero after a year, non-functional na dahil di mine-maintain or most of them would get stolen.
Well, we'll just have to see, won't we?

Panasonic Lead Acid is now under GS Yuasa. Sent from my SM-S901E using Tsikot Forums mobile app
Which is better? Amaron or Panasonic Battery?
