I still have not seen an Italian exotic with diplomat plates though (Ferrari, Lambo).

I saw a Porsche parked outside the Saudi embassy with diplomatic plates, along Dela Costa.

If I can't afford it = Exotic na yan for me.

i think it's not just in the philippines, even in the states these kind of things happen. but i think establishments actually allow them to park right in front of their building to attract customers. lalo na sa mga bars bawal pumark sa pinaka harap kahit na may space pa kasi nirereserve nila sa mga high end cars para masabi na ang nag pupunta sa kanila eh mga bigatin.
