pero ang tanong ko lang, if he was conducting surveillance together with "randy", bakit doon sa loob sila mismo nahuli? may nag surveillance ba na pumasok talaga doon sa ground zero? sa vicinity maybe, but doon sa loob mismo parang si james bond lang may kaya niyan. at bakit naman sila lang dalawa ni randy at wala na yung mga nagtratrabaho doon if it was a laboratory?

lastly, yung prior coordination, double-edged sword yan eh. puede sabihin, tumawag yan para malaman kung wala bang operator dun sa area para safe siya na pupunta dun.

i am sure marcelino can answer all these things. he has a good lawyer in his side. and, most importantly, if this is just a "misencounter," nobody can put a good man down.
