I travel daily sa MIA road. Lagi ko napapansin sa intersection ng MIA and Domestic road (beside caltex with park n fly), laging maraming nahuhuling swerving coming from the 3rd lane then mag right turn towards domestic. I was just wondering, bakit nila hinuhuli yung mga galing 3rd lane na mag rright turn kung pwede naman mag right doon anytime? The thing is... Nakakakita ako ng coming from the inner most lane na biglang nagsswerve papuntang 3rd lane pag nasa may stop light na na hindi naman nila hinuhuli. I don't know kung ano yung explanation nila doon... Pero diba dapat nga huliin nila yung nasa inner lane na biglang magsswerve sa 3rd lane kasi mas nkaka abala iyon sa mga motorist and mas dangerous knowing na right turn and innermost lane and biglang magccut rather than yung naka pila sa 3rd lane na lilipat sa inner lane kasi magrright sila?

Technically swerving is a violation, so be it from the 3rd lane turning right to domestic road or from the innermost lane going to the 3rd lane to go straight to Roxas Blvd. is a violation. I pass this route last summer 3x a week, since I know there are enforcers then from afar I would go to my proper lane and not swerve to others.

As for your question, it's upto the MMDA guys manning the area, it's because they position themselves at the rightmost part hence it's easier to accost the violators going to Domestic Road.

yes kasi kailangan pag gusto mong mag right turn papunta sa domestic malayo palang nasa right lane kana at least naroon ka sa dalawang lane sa right, pag malapit kana kailangan ka lang mag pupunta sa lane na ito huhulihin ka talaga, yung iba naman na nasa lane na ito at gustong dumeretso going to roxas blvd hinuhuli rin, araw araw akong dumadaan dito kaya nakikita ko,

gago yan mga traffic enforcers, they just don't know kung ano ang difference ng "swerving" and "changing lanes", basta sa kanila pag nagpalit ka ng lane, swerving na sa kanila para makahuli sila....

that stretch there is prone to huli when you change lane...
father in law ko hinuli dyan for changing lane, but the manouvre he made was for safety reason avoiding close collision kasi he saw the car ahead come to a slow move pero nakita sya ng enforcer from afar. pinara at hinuli.

Yan ang hindi ko maintindihan sa ibang driver. Why they can't plan ahead na kung mag le left turn, right turn or deretso sila eh di malayo pa lang sa left or right turning slot ay pwesto na sila para hindi maka abala. Dyan ako malimit bwisit pag napadaan ako quezon ave. May mga driver na makikipag gitgitan sa left lane yon pala pagdating sa U-turn slot eh di deretso o kakabig pa kanan ang stu**do

why dont they put a large road arrow marks indicating na yung lane na yun e going to the right?(meron ba??) ..para atleast before ka dumating sa intersection alam mo na kung saan ka pupwesto...

sabagay kahit isang katerbang road signage ang ilagay wala din kwenta....sa tigas ba naman ng ulo ng mga kababayan natin...

Kung gusto nilang walang magviolate sa rules, they should put atleast 5 plastic barriers seperating the lanes going straight and lanes going to the right. Pag gusto, may paraan. Pag ayaw may dahilan.
