Ever Played Chicken?

Has anyone of you every played chicken?

Yung tipong someone was driving against traffic. That is, the driver is on the wrong side of the road and heading towards you.

I noticed that there are a lot of these drivers that LOVE to counterflow, sabay highbeam. Tapos sila pa ang galit. 50% private cars, 50% PUVs, pero the ones with the private cars are the craziest ones. Sa tingin ko, lasing, addict or pure siraulo ang mga ito.

Well, there were times na tinopak ako at I really played chicken and that last one eh last minute nagswerve ang kaharap ko, so we almost touched side mirrors.

Minsan I'm tempted to just close my eyes, drive straight and just wait for the inevitable. :twisted:

dito sa amin andami nyan ... mga PUJs at tricycles ... shempre ako ang chicken ... eh ano naman kasi ang ipambabayad nung mga hayuf na yun ... tapos abala pa ...

ako lagi akong humaharang sa mga counterflow.. usually magsisignal yang mga ungas na yan, pero di ko pagbibigyan.. ill stop lang pag magkaharap na kami and then walang bitaw sa busina. syempre, susunod na yung walang humpay na murahan.. :twisted:

marami talagang driver na walang disiplina, huminto lang sandali lane nila lipat agad ng ibang lane counter flow pa gusto pag may kasalubong kala mo sila ang nasa tamang lane. pero ingat din mga peeps baka magka scratch kayo eh wala palang insurance o pambayad yung kabila.

well, did one.... dyan sa Marcos Alvarez Ave. sa Las Pinas......traffic sa kabila tapos konti lang kami then merong isang kotse biglang nag swerve ( counterflow ) and high beam sya....high beam din ako tapos binilisan ko pa ( I was driving an AUV ) so mas mataas yung tama ng ilaw ko..... ayun dumiretso sya sa shoulder ng lane ko kc di rin sya pinasingit sa lane nya.....

lakas nga ng loob nya e private car naman sya......kung taxi pa or jeep o kya tricycle paka di ko pa pinatulan....

Dami talagang ganyan driver lalo na PUJ and PUB. Lakas ng loob komo kakaragkarag sasakyan nila and alam nila iwas yung sa harap nila dahil tsikot. Ingat lang sa mga private minsan yung mga ganyan may garga kaya cla pa ang galit.

dito dami rin niyan sa OG road bago intersection
tricycle, cars, minsan magdadala ako ng diyaryo, kapag may nagcounterflow at nag hituan kami magbabasa ako ng diyaryo sa harap niya!

Same tayo, pinapabayaan ko na ang mga PUVs, at least di naman sila nag-hihibeam. Correct ka din diyan, one of the advantages of driving an AUV is that pagdating sa highbeam wars, talo ang kotse heheheh.
