A case for murder had already been filed against Angel and Sandy. Not so sure with the latter. I think the wife's case is under police investigation pa or PI na.

A battle for the two sons of slain race car driver Enzo Pastor is expected to ensue, with his family and that of his wife battling each other anew in court for custody.

In an interview with ABS-CBNnews.com, Remedios Pastor, Enzo’s mother, said they received an order from a family court in Makati directing them to contest a guardianship petition filed by the parents of Dalia Guerrero-Pastor.

Dahlia has been implicated in the murder of her husband. She allegedly had an affair with the alleged mastermind in the killing, businessman Domingo "Sandy" De Guzman III.

Dangerous environment

“My son was already taken away from us, now we feel they are trying to take the grandchildren away from us too,” Mrs. Pastor said, adding that they never had any contact with her grandsons—one who is 9 years old and the other one 6 years old—since their son’s wake.

“We try our best to see the children, even for a short visit, but they shut us out and don’t return our calls and messages,” said Enzo’s father, Tomas.

But Mrs. Pastor vowed to battle it out in court. “We will not allow the kids to grow in such an environment,” she said, explaining that such an environment where the parents of Dalia “agree to what she does” is dangerous for two boys growing up.

Pastor family's biggest fear

The Pastors added: “We are afraid of the dangerous situation that if Dalia were to marry Sandy, as we have reasons to believe this possibility, the stepfather of our children might be the person who murdered their father.”

Mrs. Pastor said there will be no compromises. “We’ve been deprived already. My son has died already,” she said.

The parents of Dalia supposedly told the court that they always took care of the two boys whenever their parents are not around.

According to Mrs. Pastor, Enzo always wanted the kids to stay with his side of the family because of their Catholic background.

She believes, however, that the court will be fair on the matter. “Justice is always for the best interests of children,” she said.

9 years old na pala yung panganay. Ang bata at ang bilis nabuntis ni Dahlia at 19. Previous articles said she met Enzo when she was 18. Kawawa yung panganay. May isip na yun para maintindihan mga pangyayari

Since news broke out about Guerrero-Pastor’s alleged involvement in the murder of her husband, her family has stopped sending the two children to their school.

“We tried to catch them in school but they weren’t there. We spoke to their teacher and they said that (the Guerreros are) no longer bringing the children to school,” she lamented.

I really hope Enzo Pastor's family gets justice. Napaka laking insulto pa if Dahlia and Sandy are to marry.

Was wondering the same thing, after the murder-suicide by that Fil-Chi family recently... where are the Pastor kids? What's happening with them?

At the very least, if there's questions of impropriety and suspicions of foul play, the DSWD should've stepped in already to work out custody of the children.
