May 25th, 2012 02:26 AM #1medyo traffic sa rosario pasig area kaya nagsisingitan na yung ibang sasakyan at may hukay pa(thanks to maynilad again) hinuli yung FX kasi daw hindi sumusunod sa yellow lane, nagcomplain si driver kasi sinusundan nya lang daw yung truck sa harap nya, which is true akala nya kasi nasa lane pa sya two lanes nga lang naman talaga medyo lumagpas lang sa yellow lane because of the hukay, but the enforcer insisted and asked for his license, hindi pumayag si kuyang driver kasi daw sinusundan nya nga lang naman daw yung truck sa harapan nya and reason nung enforcer is kung sino lang daw yung maabutan nila yun lang ang huhulihin.
- sino ba ang tama?

eh kung alam naman niyang mali yung sinusundan niya, risk na niya yun!
walang iniwan yan sa mga nagka-counterflow. simulan ng isa, susunod na mga g*go.
weder-weder lang yan.

^I agree.
In totality, mali si FX driver. Just because may sinusundan siya, it doesn't mean na tama yung ginagawa nila as he still has to be aware of his position to the road. Ignorance is not an excuse and if the enforcer is forgiving then the best he could have done was to give a warning to the FX driver.
This is common on our roads where you see two lane roads become four lanes and when its follow-the-leader time, the enforcers don't really catch the violators.

FX driver siya, that means he's always passing through that area, so he knows what's right or wrong. IMO he's just escaping his liability.

May 25th, 2012 12:28 PM #8haha sinabi nya kasi yun sa enforcer na dati din siyang alagad ng batas. kaya di daw tama na siya lang yung huhulihin, and kasi yung hukay din sa right side isa pang reason kaya nagcocounter flow na yung ibang sasakyan tapos meron pa sa gitna.
