    i just want to asked if the makati yellow boys and the pasay chocolate boys,, and manila huli boys or whatever they call them, are they all connected to the LTO?

    No! They are the local government's traffic enforcers, which are different, separate and distinct from LTO and MMDA's traffic enforcers.
