" I never saw a single incident. No accidents, no road rage - no matter how badly someone cut you off nobody waves a finger or a hand, or gives so much as a look. "

nobody sure waves a finger, but some likes to tote and "wave" a gun... :D

"People have learned to adapt perfectly to a much heightened state of road manner and alertness, that they have become really good at it. " - SO TRUE:D :D

    Sings ala-FrankSinatra...

"If you can drive at Manila you drive anywhere..."

BTW, even in my scoot there's a turbo-intercooler sticker on it. :D

In North America for example - it's so easy to cross a street with all the rules, and lights that you can cross the road in your sleep. Which often leads to fatal mistakes when people are not paying attention. Same with our drivers, driving gets TOO easy sometimes, that it becomes our downfall.
:bwahaha:

Erap if you don't mind, share naman kung ano nangyari. Agree ako na we do tend to drive like maniacs (Pinoys in general). Pero I would say na we can adapt easily to driving abroad, although siyempre, kelangan kapa-kapa muna.

nasa sitwasyon lang kasi yan...we just learned to adapt...

of course anut-anuman maganda pa rin kung nagbibigayan...
