Maski hindi law, dapat ata natin respetuhin yung reserved slot para sa mga disabled. Maski naman walang ID, kung obvious na disabled, di na tatanungin ng sekyu yun. Ang PWD id, aside from proof of disability, discounted rin sa resto, groceries at iba pa.

kung puede lang nga.. lagyan ng tire clamp and demand a stiff fine..

i once accosted a motorist who drove into the PWD slot.. he was obviously in great physical shape.. and all he could say was, "gabi na naman..".. 'twas 7 pm..

That happened to me too.

I just parked and I was answering a text message when a vehicle parked beside me and "baamm!" It sent shivers in my whole body as I felt the car shook. My Dmax's tint is not that dark so I can be seen inside. Tinitigan ko nga masama ung driver but he was very apologetic. I let it go. Then a couple of second's after, another "baaaam!!!" Anak ng baka. It was the passenger. Too embarrassed of what happened, the driver moved the vehicle to another parking spot. I checked for damage, good thing there was just a little ding and nothing to whine about.

It's just one of those days.
