Dito naman sa amin kasi wala kami sa subdivision. Dati napapansin ko talagang walang nag papark sa tapat ng gate namin kasi meron naka lagay na "No Parking".

Ngayon, grabe. Malinaw na naka sulat pero yung iba hindi ko malaman kung hindi marunong mag basa o talagang t*nga o hindi maka intindi. Nag papark sa tapat ng gate namin.

Thats why pres Noynoy must ratify the "NO GARAGE NO CAR LAW". Yung may garahe lang ang may karapatan mag kotse, the same with PUV operators. Me I turned my garden into a 2 car garage aside from my existing garage.

Yes...you are right! Try to notice those who enroll to study driving, some school did not teach the proper parking namely proper side parking, garage parking and slot parking and most of the driver in the street learn to drive by chance.
Di naman daw kse lahat can afford a driving school but this is somehow to look for by LTO... Dapat kse may actual test bago bigyan ng license. Ang actual test lang na binibigay ng LTO ay...sampa sa driver seat, start ang makina then abante / atras...pasado kna!
