Doesn't the WIDTH of the parking slot already give you an idea kung para saan yung parking slot na yun?

Can you understand definitions? Does it not compute in there?

1. NO law that states its for cars only. The international definition is pretty simple to understand I think, so how hard can it be to comprehend.

2. Most of the road laws in the country are based off of the international standards.

3. Based on the width of a lane on a roadway, is it safe to say that based on your point of width being the deciding factor that the lanes on the highways being large and spacious should only be for cars as well? Nuts!


I've made my point already and any further discussion will result only in people going around in circles bringing up the same points.

If there is no designated MC parking, it is perfectly legal to use a regular parking slot, especially if it is a payed parking slot and the value of the ticket is the same for all vehicles. That is the case for most parking lots in the metro. Anybody who takes issue with this can go to court and see if there is any law at all to back up their claims that a parking slot is for cars only...

kung may designated parking slots ang MC, dun dapat sila. kung wala, palagay ko pwede sila pumuwesto sa malapad ng parking slot meant for cars imbes na kung saan saang sulok nila ilagay motor nila.

ngayon kung punuuan, jan tayo nagkakaproblema. mapa-kotse man o motor, gagawa at gagawa ng paraan para makapark. advantage lang ng motor eh maliit ito at madali ilipat ng pwesto kung nakakasagabal.

Kaso me business permit ba sila maningil? Yung iba meron. Think of it this way, pag pasok ninyo at siningil kayo, ask ninyo asan permit to conduct a car parking business ?

Malamang wala. SM at Ayala.....yan malamang walang permit mga yan. Sa Makati marami merong permit (open lots). Sa Oritgas-Mandaluyong meron din.

Pero malls malamang wala. Tubong lugaw talaga mga mandaraya.

so i guess - if same lang naman binbayaran ng MC and a Car then MCs can take one parking slot. pero if not then dun sya magppark sa designated area...

btw, i don't own a motorcycle. i own a car
