    Can they do that? Would it be legal to do so? Sort of impounding due to obstruction? It's private propert anyway, right?

    With the proliferation of dumb *$$es and *$$holes who park like this, I think it has to be enforced. Pabayaan na yung mga stepping on the line muna. Yung mga malala tulad neto ang dapat itow!
