Kailangan talaga ng mahigpit na implementation sa pamimigay ng license, dapat marunong mag parallel right? Pero medyo alanganin na ata yung pag-paparkingan niya eh. At baka saglet lang naman siya. as in 1 minute hahaha!

i agree. but it will eat away the sidewalk. i myself park on sidewalks from time to time but im always irritated by people who scratch, write (dusty), even wash their hands(when raining) at my vehicle. errr

and kung isa ako sa mga pedestrian na naglalakad sa sidewalk, nakakirita din kase lumiit ang nilalakaran ko.

if you will put yourself on his place, i think ganun din ang gagawin ninyo.. lalo na at nagmamadali.. not enough na din yung space to parallel park so i cant blame him.. why not use the remaining space lalo na at sandali ka lang.. well pero kung buong araw yan.. ibang usapan na..
