Does this car deserve to be towed?

Just wondering if the driver of this car made any violation. Naka park sya infront of a closed establishment and I don't see any no parking sign. Sa Shaw blvd ito near Kalentong.

The towing company (Sto. Nino) attempted to tow from the back pero nahirapan sila kaya later on sa harap na balak hilain.

Pero if its the building owner that asked for it to be towed, that's his perogative.

Meron ganyan case samin, taxi naman... pinarada sa street namin isang gabi then mga 2 weeks na wala nagcclaim. Daming kalat na barya sa loob at gamit. Tinow nalang.

I was asking nga kung may violation at tinotow para di mangyari sa akin. I would have done the same kung wala akong maparkingan.

Btw, there is another car sa kabilang side and nagmamadaling inalis yung sasakyan nya.

Nililipat na nila sa front yung tali when the traffic light went green so ewan ko kung nahila nila.

I felt sorry for the car and the owner. Syempre wala satin gusto mangyari yan sa kotse natin. Kaya ingat ingat rin sa pagpark.

Kabado ako magpark sa sidewalk e dati pa dahil baka nga matow.

Paano nga kaya yan? Since FF yung kotse tapos naka-hand brake...Paano nila i-to-tow na walang masisira? At kung sakaling may masira eh sagutin ba ng towing company yung mga damage?

Very vague ang rules when it comes to towing here in Mandaluyong City. I got towed before mga late 90's just being parked at the opposite side of Shaw Blvd. just where this picture was taken ( Along BPI ). I think sandali lang ang grace period nila for parking, if the tow truck arrives and see the car unattended na ganito ang park, towed na nila ito.

There was even an instance when my sister's car batt malfunctioned, she asked to have it jump-started, but lo and behold nag radyo na pala ng tow truck ayun kumita na naman ang Sto. Nino.

nadaanan ko din yan last saturday.. wala pang plaka yung vios.. magbubukas na yung watson.. they only allow 15 mins parking sa area.. after that papa tow ka talaga nila..

IMO... I dont think the car should be towed...
1st of all i think its a parking area.... nasa private property pa you can see its park inside the meralco post.... (unless nalang kung yung owner ng property ang nag pa tow....)
2nd theres no NO PARKING SIGN.....
3rd its not obstructing traffic....

it's not a parking area.. parking nang watsons customers yan.. tsaka mukhang nag overnight parking nga dyan..

yung 15mins ay sa watsons lang or sa mandaluyong in general?
