Tama yung kliyente mo. Hindi porket may pambayad ka ng cash ay ibabayad mo nga. You have to think na yung babayran mo ng cash ay hindi nag aapreciate kungdi nag dedepreciate.Ang magaling na negosyante knows how to make money work for him not the other way around. You buy a car for business, let your business amortize it. Karamihan sa nagbabayad ng cash are people who can't afford to have amortization because their income can't support it. In North America, most businesmen, consultants, contractors buy their cars in installment so that every year they can claim it against their taxable income. If they buy it cash, they can only claim it in one taxable year.

haha
yeah North America
great example
in North America, everything's bought on credit coz the system has transformed everyone into exploited debt serfs
most Americans have little or no net worth
what they have is debt
most Americans' assets are the house and the cars. take away the house (still being paid) and the cars (still being paid) they have nothing
most have more debt than their assets are worth
American companies and individuals go bankrupt all the time
Karamihan sa nagbabayad ng cash are people who can't afford to have amortization because their income can't support it.

i understand using leverage ok?
there are wealthy people who use leverage
there are wealthy people who don't
it's not that one is smarter than the other
one is just more conservative than the other
actually the smarter ones are the ones who become wealthier thru the decades despite bad years
the Asian financial crisis destroyed some wealthy people coz they were leveraged
the conservative ones are still around
can anyone name those high profile rich dudes of the 90s who were wiped out by the Asian financial crisis?
they're the ones who took on debt
back then, they seemed really smart
