The suspect, identified as Jojo Valerio, was arrested at Baketeers Bar and Grill in Tarlac City by operatives from Police Regional Office 3 and the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.

Valerio is said to be a member of the Lil Eyes Band.

According to police, tracker teams were able to get initial info from the first victim of the road rage incident that occurred Saturday along Congressional Avenue in Quezon City.

They were then able to find witnesses in Mabalacat, Pampanga who confirmed the identity of the suspect as seen in another viral video of a road rage incident taken on Sunday in Balibago, Angeles City. In the video, a man could be seen hitting the driver of a red car. In front of the car was the SUV bearing the plate number "8".

Police said the suspect was positively identified by the victim.

Di ba dati may proposal (not sure if nag materialize) na yung mga otso na plaka, sa baba may nakalagay kung saang distrito ka? So sa plaka alam mo na kung sinong Congressman ang may gamit nun. Hindi lang sya generic na 8.

Plus the single number digits are actually "privileges" of our beloved politikos.

Baka nga dapat 1-5 lang ang meron. The rest wala na. May protocols rin mga yan. Dapat yung official ang may gamit ng sasakyan hindi ibang tao.

if i had my way, only the President should be allowed (#1 plate).
all the others should get along with ordinary plates, just like the rest of us ordinary folks.
i have heard the "justifications", and i personally feel, "they do not hold water".
