if that's the case? i rest my case your honor.
rest case na ang prosecution. hintayin na lang natin ang hatol ni judge no case. meron na naman panibagong kaso si judge no case sa ibang thread naman. HEHE

yebo, humihinahon ka. I'm not shutting down people's opinion if it is contrary to mine. I always respect somebody else opinion. what I take exception is when you say "playing god" or "sh!t" because that is way out of line. iyan ang ayaw kung mangyari na you call people names because of their opinions. masama yata yan. now, maiba tayo. why do you say that "it is not about due process"? as I said, according to Daniel Webster in Dartmouth college case, due process is a law that hears before it condemns and renders judgment only after trial. now, you think he is guilty? (and I respect your opinion that you think he is guilty) then file a case against him. if he is found guilty after notice and hearing then I'll agree with you that indeed he is guilty. under the bill of rights of our constitution, nakalahad at napakamalinaw doon na yung tao is presumed innocent until the contrary is proved. now, in the mean time na di pa siya convicted, can we agree to disagree?

    having doubts now...
I know several lawyers and a judge.. if we're having arguments they don't mention any case or whatsoever. low profile lang lahat...

there are also a lot of senior citizen lawyers here in tsikot pero they do not say "I'm a lawyer and base on this case blah blah...

anyway daming irony sa mga statements... wag nalang patulan..

japeeps, invite your lawyers and judges friends so that we can talk. it is really difficult to talk to a layman like you about jurisprudence and legal principles. what comes to mind was the impeachment trial of president estrada when joker arroyo had a verbal tussle on some finer points of the law with former senator Francisco Tatad. Joker cut off Tatad (who is not a lawyer, but a brilliant fellow. he was one the spokesman of the late president marcos) by saying, "I'd rather argue with a lawyer." now, japeeps I ask you, you invite your judges and lawyer friends here so that we can talk about the law. I don't want to argue with you about it. ok?

every incident there will be an investigation on who is at fault, malay natin na on that particular time converted na to one way street un pinasok ni DVcam, so sa mata ng batas nasa right of way si Jaguar.

Sir Juan, I perfectly understand "due process" but we are not in a court of law. This is a forum. We don't need "due process" here.

What I can't understand is you kept on saying due process about him counter flowing. Hinde pa ba obvious na nag counter flow siya based Sa video nakita mo?

Kung hinde counter flow yun bakit siya nag merge Doon Sa correct lane?

And alisin mo pagka lawyer mo dito Dahil wala naman connection Sa issue hinde Naman kami naghahanap ng rule of law.

We don't need to complicate issue dito Sa forum.

Jaguar driver counterflowed he admitted his mistakes. But you're saying otherwise, kahit na obvious na Sa video

shadow, maraming salamat na alam nyo pala yung "due process of law." if we read all the posts here from the beginning, the issue was relegated to this erroneous postulate na: he drove a fancy car=he was rich=he could easily violate our laws. shadow, he admitted he ran fast. did he admit he counterflowed? that video is admissible in the court of law against him (but kailangan pang establish yung authenticity nyan. evidence is a difficult subjevt). but still the prosecution has the burden of proving by proof beyond reasonable doubt that he committed the crime charged. di sa pagmamayabang, nagturo po tayo ng criminal law, constitutional law, criminal procedure, evidence close to 20 years. way of life na natin yan. you cannot just hammer into my throat your opinion kasi iba yung background ko sa inyo. that is why I keep saying let us agree to disagree kasi a person however guilty in the mind of every body may piring yung katarungan natin. yan ang tinuturo natin sa mga estudyante na ngayon naging abogado na. so let us agree to disagree muna. ok?

Dirty debate tactics are commonly used by dishonest politicians and lawyers of guilty parties. One is when the person say my credentials are better than yours (wth?). Another is being deliberately vague using words and facts that only a few can understand (talk s***). And every troll's favorite tactic...badgering or endless repetition in an attempt to tire everyone out (paulit-ulit). Matatalino na kabataan ngayon. Di na madaling mauto.

mfabajon, kung matalino ka walang VAGUE sayo. and by the way, I read the the meaning of troll in the dictionary, it refers to one who posts inflammatory articles. you read all my posts here if I posted inflammatory articles. MAYBE, you were inflamed because I took the road less traveled by taking the position that that impostor COULD NOT HAVE COUNTERFLOWED MALICIOUSLY. read again: that impostor COULD NOT HAVE COUNTERFLOWED MALICIOUSLY, which is against the opinion of some people here. that is why I'm asking let us agree to disagree for a moment.
