    Is the 10am-3pm window for areas other than Makati and Ortigas (?) still in effect?

    medyo mahigpit maghuli sa makati recently. At Makati Ave, near the bridge, there used to be no makati cops. The last few days I have seen them (the makati cops) present and flagging down cars violating the color coding.

    yup its still in effect... aside from makati & ortigas, included din po ang mandaluyong...

    Ok para lang clear... Which areas other than Makati DO NOT have a window of 10-3?

    Sa Makati, kasali ba ang C5 and EDSA sa walang window?

    May areas ba sa Metro Manila na walang coding at all? Parang may nagsabi sa'kin dati na Pasig and Marikina do not enforce coding e. Thanks peeps

    the intersection in c5 near buting has makati boys flagging down coding violators.
