coke in can

i drive myself to work everday in Angeles City from mabalacat, i use the nlex angeles exit para mas mabilis (the new robinson's mall in balibago has stirred new traffic problems for us motorists) when a *white service car of nlex passed by.. then all of a sudden nag tapon ng **half-filled coke in can sa gitna ng daan that almost hit my front tires sa driver's side by a few meters.

di ko tinamaan kasi medyo umiwas ako ng konti, at the back of my mind

1. delikado kaya yun kung natapakan ko yung coke in can at 80-90 kph?

2. hindi ba bawal mag tapon ng basura sa nlex?

3. kung bawal bakit sila pa mismo ang gumagawa nito? (i'm sure sila yun dahil nakita ko binuksan yung window and nakita ko yung kamay na lumabas)

4. sana hindi sinasadya yung pagkatapon... pwede ba yun?


*service car of nlex - there are two exists to angeles, yung isa luma (which everybody is using) yung isa bago at wala pang pinapadaan... dun dumaan yung service car na may blinker na yellow sa bubong.

**(half-filled) - kasi gumulong, hindi tumalbog...


minsan naman may steel rim ng truck sa gitna ng daan... ginawang early warning device... pero wala namang sasakyan na nakaparada sa magkabilang lane.... basta nandun lang yung rim sa gitna malapit na sa exit ng angeles...

Not sure din pero I think walang problem for you na sagasaan mo lang yung can... mas problema kung sa windshield mo tumama yung can.... at any rate, that is not an excuse for littering on the expressway, potential safety issue yan at the speed that vehicles travel on that highway

lalu na pag gabi as in makikita mo parang nakasinding mitsa ng paputok sa gitna ng kalye.... sa isip ko

2. baka pag bukas ang windows ko pumasok yung upos... sunog interior ko

3. baka dumikit sa paint ng kotse

4. di ko alam kung ano pa pwede mangyari pag dumaan sa ilalim ng kotse

I was cruising along EDSA.

Along estrella, I passed near a bus (siempre.. naka-invade na sa white lane yung bus). I was overtaking a bus, a I saw the driver spit. Buti na lang the blob of phlegm missed my car. Yung instinct ko noon was to jerk to the left to avoid the spit, possibly hitting a car or landing on one of the potholes.

(daw- kasi kwento lang niya hindi ko nakita) pero hindi personnel ng nlex kundi ng mga taong dumadaan sa mga overpasses ng nlex. di ko na maalala kung saan yung exact location. pero guys it happens so ingat nalang siguro... evasive action??? pwede kaya yun at more than 100kph

Sounds like what happened to that general who died on the SLEX... pero di na yan bato... BATO! Bwisit ang mga rugby boys na nagtatambay duun! Kaya medyo mataas na ang fence sa mga ibang flyover.

As for the coke can, no, it cannot cause damage to a well-inflated car tire. From experience, a sardine tin CAN destroy a tire if you hit it just right.

i work for coca cola and it caught my attention ''coke in can''.....i thought ess had a complain with our products. well if you see flying coke in cans thats not part of are promo. feel free if you have question regarding coca cola products..

a few years back, nung college pa ako, i was driving my brother's L200, with my wife (gf palang nun) and her mom, along nlex. i was about to overtake a minibus when suddenly may nagtapon ng isang soda can from inside the minibus. salpok ang passenger side mirror, humampas yung side mirror sa window, basag yung mirror, buti nalang hindi nabasag yung window kundi sira ang beauty ni misis.

i guesss it's not 'physics' ang papasok jan, it's more of GMRC.

let's keep our environment clean

teka meron bang garbage bins along slex and nlex? di ko napapansin, dapat meron. sa mga motorists naman, dapat meron din basurahan or plastic supot sa loob ng sasakyan para pagdating sa destinasyon doon itatapon.
