What you wear may reflect who you are, ika nga.

And ganon na ka-big deal yon?

    so unfair, **** happens!

Pretending to be humble and when no one noticed his humility, he goes to social media to complain to the world that he wasn't given the attention he deserved.

nice excerpt from an article i read a few months back:

Don't judge a book by its cover. I've heard so many stories from salespeople about potential customers they ignored because they were dressed extremely raggedyand another salesperson eventually talked to the client and got the sale.

I know one salesman in Arizona who said he once saw a guy stroll into his store in shredded jean shorts and straggly hair and sunglasses, looking like a punk. My buddy ignored him. Well, it ended up that punk was rocker Alice Cooper and he bought six cars. These days, you can't tell who has money and who doesn't.

I didn't know na may dress code pala dapat sa casa..

And kailangan din ba sabihin na, "ako si juan dela cruz, doctor, meron akong pera pambili"??

Mukhang may mission talaga si Chef. Had Isuzu entertained him, he probably would have posted a story on his blog narrating how great the a service he had under Isuzu Bacolod. He came in looking very simple and yet, the was entertained and treated like a VIP yada, yada, yada. He'll then cap it off by throwing a challenge to other car vendors to do the same.

i would change my taste also if i would be treated that way. sales is sales. you treat anyone who comes to look, inquire or purchase your goods equally regardless. sabihin natin na na-hurt man ego nung buyer pero the way the people in the casa handled his needs as a customer is not right for business. ganyan sa sales/service industry. now if he went half or completely naked, that would be a different story.

well, in the case its a change of brand (the item) - not just casa (the people).

if a customer is always right, then treat him right. is it difficult to ask a customer or potential buyer "sir, how may i help you?" if you're in the business of selling, you treat everyone who goes inside your establish a potential whether he has ego bigger than his balls or otherwise and treat him right whether he looks a pauper or not. why? do i have to wear a brioni, a pair of expensive italian shoes, and Excalibur Quatuor to buy a pick up truck?

personal experience. i checked on the WRX that was displayed in one of the malls here. this girl SA (only one at that time) was so busy in her smart phone. no other customer but me. when i started inspecting it she didn't bother to assist me; she was busy tinkering on her phone. i had to approach and ask her that i need to get inside the car but even then she was still tinkering on her phone. seeing me inside the WRX it was the only time she stood up and acted like wary, like i was a carnapper of sort. I got out of it and off she went back to her phone. when i approached her the second time i asked about the literature of WRX she seemed to have not understood what I was saying until i pointed at the brochure. she even corrected me that it wasn't a literature but a brochure. my point is, there are judgemental and stupid SAs. as i said, when you're in business, you treat people right (whether or not that chef is making a mountain out of what others think only a mole hill doesn't matter). with all due respect, you have the obligation to do just that. your certificate of registration and your business permit tell you to treat the buying public (or prospective buyer) right. plain and simple. if i were lucio tan would she do that to me?
