Always two sides to every story. Personally, I never shared the first side because it just seemed too forced, too cliche. It was the classic over told tale of the rich unassuming guy that walks into a Ferrari dealership in shorts and slippers, gets ignored, then comes back with a sack full of cash and walks next door and drives out in a Lamborghini type of thing. And the fact that it was made into a pathetic video with cheesy music and company logos promoting the guy's restaurant screamed publicity stunt to me.

Now we have Isuzu Bacolod's side. For whatever its worth, even though we can't hear the conversation, the fact that he was handed a quotation and was walked around by a sales exec already discredits the whole video that claims he was never attended to or given a price.

The video ends with another cliche, that reminds us to never judge a book by its cover and all of us should be treated equally regardless of how we're dressed. Had the story been entirely true, then perhaps it would be a good lesson. But I think there's a much better moral of the story here: There are always two sides to every story. Always bother to find out both. Let's all do our bit by being extra careful about what we share, lest our own credibility comes into question.
