This happened friday evening at the rail crossing near citimotors and Don Bosco Makati:
I was tailing a CRV with its windows open and one of its passengers busy texting away with her cell close to the open window. While we were turning right towards citimotors and Don Bosco Mkti, a teen age boy darted out from the rail tracks and ran towards the crv with open windows and grabbed the cell of the girl busy texting. It happened so fast that the passengers of the vehicle were not able to react to the incident.

Just make sure your windows are up or if you prefer with windows down make sure that the windows are slightly up just enough so that no one will be able to put their hand inside

Kung bakit kasi nagte-text while driving eh! Hindi ba bawal
    yan!

Buti kung you're only endangering your own life, hindi eh!
Pati ibang tao sa kalsada nanganganib ang buhay kasi your
full attention should be on the road while driving and not
    on other matters (texting, etc.).

Dapat pag may nag-report sa pulis na nakawan sila ng
celfone sa kotse in the middle of traffic, dapat ikulong
din siya! Tanga na, lawbreaker pa!

Ahhh binasa ko ulit yung thread, passenger pala nag-tetext.

Dapat pa rin ikulong for excessive katangahan, hehehe!

baka talagang gustong pa-snatch, binaba pa yong window. Magandang reason para makahingi ng pera para sa bagong CP from parents.
