hay naku yang cebu pacific na yan. nadelay din kami for 3 hrs sa tacloban last sept due to 'bad weather in manila' daw. the funny thing is, a PAL flight to manila arrived in tacloban and left on schedule! so cebu pacific lang affected ng 'bad weather'??? labo. tapos nung unang inannounce na delayed ang flight, they said na i-uupdate kami after 30 mins. ayun, lumipas na ang 2 hrs e wala pa ring announcement. consuelo de bobo na lang na nagpakain sila ng dinner na 1 pc chicken joy. hehe.

A friend of mine was set to fly to Iloilo a few weeks back, at first it was delayed then later on changed the status to cancelled, ayun pinagcheck-in lahat ng pasahero sa Sulu Hotel. Ala na sya magawa cancelled na din business meetings nya and mas lalo ala sya nagawa kasi di naman sya makapagreklamo, she is working in one of Gokongwei's company din.

even PAL may mga delays din, just last Sat after spending about 5 hours lang in Cebu, when I check-in sa airport, hehe langya delayed yung PAL at Air Phils pero yung Cebu Pacific na kararating lang eh nauna pa mag-takeoff paalis....

sana macancelled flight namin after check-in from hk to mla kung ganyan nga

Delayed din yung flight ko from Manila to Singapore. Delayed ng 2 hours. Dahil dun, napamahal din ako sa taxi from Changi Airport to my apartment kasi wee hours na sa gabi. Dito nmn sa SG, pag ganung time eh lalong nagmamahal yung taxi.

Pero in-accept ko n din kasi nangyayari din nmn yan sa ibang airlines. Nde ko lng alam na ganyan pala ka frequent.

my suggestion is to write a letter to cebu pacific whenever you have complaints. it may be because these are new routes and that they need to abide by different legal requirements in different countries. nonetheless, express your complaints to those concerned. it's counter-productive to air your complaints to other people so they too avoid the airline.

i think they really provide good and healthy competition in the airline industry. and they have responded positively the last time i aired a complaint.

Last time i did that. I spent 5-6 hours in their Robinson's Galleria ticketing office.
