I agree on giving the death penalty for these criminals. Obviously, the current punishment is not a deterrent and the enforcers either are also on the take or incompetent. I'd also say that enforcers and politicians who become criminals should also be given the death penalty since they have betrayed the trust of the people.

MANILA – An alleged carjacker thought he could escape, but he was caught red-handed by the very owner of the vehicle he was about to whisk away.
Kim Dimaano and his wife were at a carpark in a mall in Quezon City when they heard the familiar rumble of their car. When he realized what was happening, Dimaano immediately informed the security personnel of the mall, who were quick to prevent the suspect from leaving.
“Paglabas ko, e-exit na po siya natyempuhan po paglabas ko... Nahuli po siya,” Dimaano said.
One of the guards apprehended suspect Brian Quinio, who was unarmed – and believed to have acted alone. He was immediately turned over to the police.
“Yung susi nga po niyang gamit pang Mitsubishi pa pero na-start yung engine,” Dimaano added.
Confiscated from the suspect was a bunch of keys which police believe he uses for his illegal activities.
Meanwhile, Thirdy Villanueva, a victim of a separate robbery also in the same carpark, said he was informed by the police about the apprehension of the suspect.
“Ininform ako. Nakita ko yung gamit ko with the suspect,” he said.
Recovered by the police from the suspect’s bag were Villanueva’s missing gadgets, apparently taken from his car which was also in the same carpark where Dimaano’s vehicle was almost carjacked.
Quinio however denied robbing Villanueva’s car.
“Nabuksan ko lang po yung kotse... nangangailangan lang po... panggastos ko lang po para sa pang-araw araw ko lang po,” Quinio said.
Police are advising shoppers not to leave their valuables in their cars, and to always take with them their parking tickets.
“Marami nang incidents... dapat yan dinadala ng tao... Sa kanya yung sasakyan,” P02 Jonathan Diva said.

ang hirap talaga ng ganyan pinaghirapan mo tapos nanakawin ng iba.
tapos yung FEO naman naghihigpit sa pagkuha ng PTCFOR di naman kayang bantayan ng pulis nila ang lahat ng sibilyan.
