    Wow! The PT cruiser had the right of way no doubt about it since the pedestrian on the opposite lane was crossing which meant na green light talaga sa lane ng PT cruiser. Drunk driver siguro yung sa SUV that hit the PT or it was a hi-jacked vehicle that was running from the cops.

    The pedestrian didn't have a chance. Sa bilis na nangyari, he didn't even move out of the way. Ang lalim ata iniisip.

    sabi sa police report red light na sa pedestrian crossing and yung Cruiser din red light na. If u watch the video careful makikita mo na yung mga other cars coming from the opposite lane where reducing speed and stopped while the PT cruiser ang bilis parin ng takbo. Kung nakapag stop yung mga nasa opposite lane, dapat umabot din yung PT sa stop light.

    Kakaawa naman yung tao na nasa pedestrian.Tatawid lang naman siya nadamay pa..Kaya when driving always drive with caution..:D

    PT Cruiser is at fault. 75 years old pa ang nagmaneho. This is a huge problem sa US. Ang daming tao namamatay dahil sa mga matatanda pilit pa rin magmaneho kahit hindi na kaya. Sa Florida ang mas grabe. Mga tanda na hindi makakilos na mabilis, gusto pa rin magdrive. Maraming tao nagpropose na lagyan ng age limit kung sino ibibigay ng driver's license pero mga politician ayaw supportahan kasi itong mga matatanda very active sa voting.

    Grabe talaga.

    nabasa ko din yan sa Hondasuv. patay na daw yung pedestrian

    That guy died after being in a coma BTW, The lady in the PT cruiser ran a red light which is why the recording was made.
    kasalanan din daw nung pedestrian. dont walk din yung sign pero tawid pa rin sya. kung di naman bumangga yung pT cruiser salpok pa rin yun kase nasa path nung subaru yung pedestrian. kasalanan din nung subaru masyadomabilis sa intersection dapat malayo pa lang kita nya na yung pedestrian

    tama ka supierreman, mabilis din ang takbo ng subaru. Mukhang hindi nakafull stop ang subaru dahil ang bilis ng takbo niya. Malamang palapit na ng stoplight and nung nag green di na nga nagmenor and tapak agad sa gas without checking the intersection.

    Ganyan nangyari sakin 3weeks ako may nag rollover dito I was save by the Power Line Tower.. di ko nakita I was busy Inspecting something may nag kakarera pala dalawang bobo sa likod namin buti may poste doon sila tumama yung kasama ko 3 araw sa clinic hindi maka tayo sa nerbios... nadagdagan daw ng 5years ang age nya sa sobran takot hahahha
