Car Plates sa LTO Ubos na!

Our neighbor got their plates for their 3-month old Hyundai Accent (UOO series) today. Thank God lumampas na kami dun sa kinakatakutan naming series (UOD series).

Until now wala pa rin yung sa Innova namin. We got our unit last July 27, 2012 from TQA.

Ipapasok ko na sa Tuesday yung unit namin sa casa for 20k PMS.

Got ours last August, requested for ending no 5. We got our plates after 2 months complete OR/CR and sticker. Wala din padulas, maybe sinagot nga ng SA.

Off-topic konti, guys ano ibig sabihin nung maliit na W sa upper left corner ng plate? Tsaka yung hugis diamond. I believe yung maliit na D sa bandang gitna ay Duplicate, right?

OR-CR dapat meron ka na, wala lang naka indicate na plate number. mabagal yun taga lakad nila sa LTO

Just don't go around Makati.

Meron ka naman sales invoice na ipapakita if ever patigilin ka ng MMDA. And usually, they honor that. Huwag lang ipakita mo yung invoice na may maling date. He-he!

Just from personal experience:

It only takes half-a-day for a vehicle to be issued new registration, provided that all documentary requirements are submitted.

The problem is not with the LTO, specially if we only requested for a generic (not special) plate.

The issue is that the DEALER and the Auto Manufacturer (name them -- TOYOTA, MITSUBISHI, HYUNDAI, CHEVROLET, KIA, HONDA) take sooooooooo long to put together the documents. For example, w/ Toyota Dasmarinas, it took them more than 3 weeks to complete all documents (as provided by TMP) before the dealer's liaison officer went to LTO Tagaytay to submit the same. SURE, they've reserved a plate number requested even beforehand (and that's an internal arrangement for the price of 1.5K), but again, the registration will only be processed if documents are complete.

It's not the LTO gentlemen, it's the dealer and manufacturer w/c is the cause of delay.

So to answer, why authorize a Conduction Sticker for use for 1 week. Because in the eyes of the LTO, registration can be initiated in a day, if the dealer is earnest enough to complete the requirements.

LTO na nga mismo nagsabing kulang sila sa plaka.... ma-submit nga lahat ng documents in time pero kung walang available na plaka, eh di wala....

kung ang problema ay nasa dealer pwede bang bayaran nalang ng dealer kung ano man ang dapat bayaran then give us the needed docs para tayo nalang maglakad kaysa hintayin p natin ipunin nila bago nila dalhin s lto .....kung tlgang wala pang 1day ang processing to get our plate #.......yan ay kung pwede lng po....hehehe

^ April 2010 nag-start yung new P plates.

Baka TQ*-*** parin makuha mo Renz. Inaabangan ko nga rin yung plates ng Focus. Mabilis lang irelease ang plates pag Ford.

The " U " plates will precede the " W " series.

LTO still had "P" series stock as of July 2011 bec. our company's fleet got one.

Onga baka TQ* pa rin. Wala pa kong nakikitang TQR or TQS so di pa paubos, hanggang TQW yun eh. And kung maubos man, dadaan muna sa U-series bago yung inaasam mong W, Renzo. Haha.

Also got the " TQR " for our March 2012 Altis. Our company got " TQI " for L300 mid last year.

Speaking of "U" series. One of my favorite plate sets were the 1997 U series plates. Green lettering on a clean white background with no small LTO logo markings.

May friend ako na menyek, yung car niya na 2006 model, sakto na ZEX*** yung plate when she bought it.

may mga nakikita ako na honda civic at SIR letter z yung plate number nila na naka rizal plate pa
eh hindi naman Japan yung mga nakikita ko kaya nag tataka ako bakit mga rizal plate na letter z yung iba letter R peru muka naman hindi Japan kasi mahahalata mo naman.

may nakita ko rin ako. Revo 2000-2004 model Letter N ang plaka rizal plate
tsaka may nakita rin ako na 2006-2011 hyundai accent na ka plate number na letter C. na philippines 2000 pa.
eh ka letter ng accent yung dati namin na Jeep na 1998 model
