It's either registered in Region 1, or might be a requested plate.
Here are the plates in NCR.

I finally got my plate today -- after exactly 75 days of waiting. And not without pestering the one in charge of plates at my dealer. I called them every week, sometimes more than once a week, to inquire about the status of registration.
I think part of the problem is with the dealer itself. I had to deal with their own red tape. Case in point: I got my OR/CR after more than a month, and only because I demanded a clear explanation why my registration wasn't moving. It took them more than a month to get the certificate of stock, without which registration could not start.
Every time I called, I asked them to give me a firm commitment for the OR/CR, as well as for the certificate of stock. I asked for the names of people in charge and asked if they have done what they're supposed to do. After I got the OR/CR, I called them once a week to inquire about the status of my plate, even if they could not really give me a date.
I think it's crucial for you to demand an explanation why the registration process hasn't started. The most logical explanation is they are sitting on your application.
"Good things come to those who wait" doesn't hold anymore when being forced to deal with red tape. Unfortunately, you need to do more than that.
By the way, my plate starts with ULI followed by three consecutive numbers. I bought the car on Oct. 2 from Diamond Motors Valle Verde.

Has anyone seen newer?
UWI *** on the other parking space in our building. One week after his LC was delivered, his plate arrived.
paubos na nga mga combination. kailangan na ng European plate style/combination
buti na lang wala ng TA. sagwa siguro nun kung TA[E] ung plate mo haha.
Got my plates last week after waiting for 7 months kaso walang sticker ng LTO. As per the SA, may problem daw LTO sa stickers and baka mga feb next year pa makukuha. Can anyone confirm if this is true? Thanks
yung akin baliktad , matagal ko na nakuha yung plaka at sticker . peru nung binalikan ko , wala pa daw OR-CR , napakamot nalang ako sa ulo :bwahaha:
Weird. Bakit kaya magkakaiba. If the LTO has issues releasing plates and/or stickers how come others are getting theirs so quick?
Baka iba ibang LTO pinagkukunan. :-)
