some other sour notes:
> while I was following one in the Star Tollway (at around 120kph), another rider squeezes past me and another car.
> just outside of Lipa City, another one lane splits between a jeep & a scooter (that is in the proper lane), almost side swiping the scooter and another bicycle.
to note... not all of them were like that... I was even following one in Star Tollway who was using his turn signals properly.
