last night's heavy downpour seemed to be an enjoying ride for this taxi driver who was travelling toward my direction along west ave. WITH HEADLIGHTS OFF. due to low visibility i didn't notice that he was coming. i'm relying on the solid white line as my guide when suddendly this cab appeared. i almost hit him head on. thank god he gave me some space. i don't know kung nananadya or naghahanap ng damay.

dami talagang morons sa daan. It's really a wonder how those crooks passed the licensure process. dapat may IQ test din kasi e.

baka sira ang headlights? who, in his right mind, would do that during the night and with heavy downpour?

    eto pa isa

july 27 2006, 9:00pm sa Nagtahan bridge going to UST, isang MMDA truck (plate # SGZ 160) naka off ang headlight, tapos palusot-lusot pa (swerving)!

2 days ago (it was raining and already dusk), I was crusing along Commonwealth. I was about to swerve to the right to overtake a slow moving car. I looked at the right side mirror first and saw it was clear then I realized there was a speeding vehicle with headlights off. Even the parklights were off.
