    Magpagawa ka ng bahay, hihingan ka ng construction permit, fire inspection certification ng LGU at ang Meralco naman, hihingi ng Certificate of electrical inspection. Pero ang squatter wala lahat nito mga permits & certifications yet they have electricity. Sabi ko nga sa Meralco at Fire dept inspectors, nasaan ba ang karamihan ng sunog,(if you idiots are talking about safety) dito ba sa bahay na puro permit o sa squatter, eh bakit hindi nyo require ang squatter ng the same permit. Ang magaling na sagot, kasi po si mayor, vice mayor, councilor and mga naglakad para sa kanila. Putik talaga mga politico

    i feel you mga bro. dito samen ganyan din may dadaanan na squatter naku kelangan talaga sobrang habang pasensya. Sa dame ng bata sa kalye at kung ano anong gamit planggana timba, upuan, lamesa ang nakaharang sa daan na tuwing lalabas kame e para kameng nakikisuyo at nakikidaan. kame pa kelangan makiusap e hindi naman sa kanila ang daan. tapos ikaw pa ang mayabang pag galit ka hai mga tao nga naman. ang nakakainis yung mga pedicab ayaw itabi ng maayos sasabihin palagi na kasya naman. badtrip talaga! Pag nagasgasan kala mo babayaran nila mga walang isip at walang kwenta kaka high blood talaga.

    policitians favor them because of their votes. remove their use to politicians then they're just another trash waiting to be disposed.

    madali lokohin ang mahihirap

    kailangan ng gobyerno ng mahihirap para iboto sila kahit wala sila mapiga tax money sa mahihirap

    ang mag babayad mga middle class...

    tax evasion ang high profiles/untouchables...

    banda huli ang serbisyo ng gobyerno para lang sa mahihirap para iboto ulet sila

    The whole stretch of Taft avenue was formerly lined with grand homes. Now, puro squatter na, especially the Pasay portion.
