'buwang' marching in the middle of the street

while traversing Tomas Morato yesterday afternoon, I chanced upon this guy nonchalantly walking on the MIDDLE of the road causing traffic in the process.

anyway, after passing the guy, I brought out my cellphone and tried to snap a pic. my apologies for the quality.



I get my usual share of weirdo's and "buwangs" while driving every now and then but this one made me sit up and take notice. without a care in the world, this one was putting himself and everybody else's safety on the line by marching in the middle of the street.

May bad experience ako sa ganyan, pinalo ang kotse ko noon ng taong grasa.
