Eh nakita ng babae on tv that it was the same constable she had an altercation with. Talagang ngayon lang lalabas. It's doesn't mean she's a paid hack. In fact, si drama king and his supervisor confirm there was indeed an altercation with the lady.

But of course, ibang story nanaman sa kanila, it doesn't mean anything really but it gave as an idea that this drama king is really arrogant in his dealings with motorists

Video vs story....Which will hold water ?

Ang problem dun sa mga iba, ngayon sila magpuputak. Mga free riders to sensationalize the issue. Bakit hindi sila nagreklamo when they had their issues then, why only now??? It's easy to make a claim but very difficult to prove unless they have audio or video recording.

Both sides has no video as evidence to speak off, hinde naman nakita Kung and nangyari sa loob ng kotse. Both sides are claiming different stories.

Meron pala written complaint from another lady motorist that she filed with MMDA Chair Tolentino about an incident that happened Feb 27, 2013 involving Adriatico. And she filed the complaint right after the incident. Abusado talaga ito. Sinuntok ang kotse ng lady driving near u-Turn in Roces along Quezon Ave at pinagmumura yung lady driver. Apparently walang action so Tolentino.

In life, Karma will catch up with a person's abusive behavior.

In this case, it was in the form of a hot-headed Maserati driver.

Do you think may ganitong balita kung Ingco went his way and just ignored the TE taking a video of his car? Wala namang interest na habulin sya eh. Pero hindi eh na kanti kasi pride ni Ingco ng nasita sya kaya ayun pa pakyu-pakyu sa TE, eh tarantado din pala tong TE pinatulan sya.

The problem with the lady complainant is that she lied when she posed as a lawyer (kahit student lang pala). hehe.

When you get into a crash (or shunt), the first thing you need to look for is a cop, not a traffic enforcer who are manning their posts. Was she really expecting that the TE would leave his post to attend to her car? That's kind of weird for a law student.

I bet the maserati driver is now thinking he should have just driven properly. I bet he was telling his passenger how he can ignore traffic rules with impunity with his nice car (which is unknown here, unfortunately for him. LOL) then this prick of a TE shoved him to make a U-turn instead. With his sorry ass, he just mustered a dirty finger which the TE decided to take issue with. I mean, what's the big deal with dirty finger anyway? I bet the TE must be thinking he should've just let it slide than be seen crying like a girl on TV.

A 3rd female has narrated her story about the Mokong TE. She complained to MMDA last February 2013.

As usual, no action against the abuser.

Parehas silang naka hanap ng katapat. Akala kasi ni Ingco di sya papatulan porket naka Maserati sya. Pa pakyu pakyu pa kasi eh tapos kinumpronta pa ang TE na kumukuha ng video.

My girlfriend was hit by another car last week while she was at a full stop at an intersection. Sobrang obvious kung sinonat fault pero hugas-kamay ang Mandaluyong TE. Di daw sila authorized.

Pumunta kami Mandaluyong Traffic Management chuchu, yung police dun gumawa ng incident report pero ayaw tumulong isettle yung case. Simple lang tanong nung nakabangga, kung siya daw ba mali (matanda na walang alam sa pagddrive). Ayaw pa sumagot ng pulis, magdemandahan nalang daw kami para fiscal maghatol.

These people just love to hide under the bureaucracy to avoid any hassle or accountability on their part, even if they have the opportunity to close out the issue early on.
