“Kakaliwa po ako ng Q. Ave. pero napansin ko na bawal kaya nag-U-turn ako pero napansin ko vinideo niya ako (I was about take a left turn at Q. Ave but I noticed it wasn’t allowed so I took a U-turn and then I saw him taking a video),” he said.

At first, Ingco said he ignored Adriatico as he took a video.

But when he got near where the enforcer was standing, he saw Adriatico continuing to take a video of him.

Irked, Ingco said he lowered his window, approached Adriatico and said, “Boss, ano ba ang problema? ‎Wala naman po akong viniolate sa traffic rules (Boss, what’s the problem? I’m not violating any traffic rules).”

“Pero habang vinivideo niya ako inano sa mukha ko tapos hinawi ko po ‘yung video.”

When ‎Ingco tried to push Adriatico away, he said the enforcer hit him in the face.

Ingco said he sustained bruises and cuts in his arm from Adriatico’s assault.

“After no’n, minura niya ako. Galit na galit siya sa akin eh. Papatayin daw nya ako (After that, he cursed me. He was fuming. He said he was going to kill me),” he added.

Contrary to Adriatico’s narration that the sports car owner hurled expletives at him, Ingco vehemently denied this and said: “That’s not true. He was grabbing my shirt while I was driving. I really wanted to escape. I was scared.”

“Wala akong pwersa. Nasa loob po ako ng sasakyan. Kung gusto ko siyang saktan, ihaharurot ko na ‘yung sasakyan.”

Ingco also denied snatching Adriatico’s cellphone.

“I can’t understand why he’s taking a video of me. I didn’t do anything wrong,” he added.

What a wonderful story. Poor Ingco in a Maserati takot na takot sa gagong Adriatico.

Next time the lawyer do the talking.

Nakaka awa talaga tong si Ingco. Sukat ba namang pag bantaang patayin ng hampas lupang TE. Gago yang mga TE na yan kung ako dyan kay Ingco eh sinasagasaan ko yan kahit ako ang nasa mali.

Mukhang bigtime tong TE takot na tako si Ingco eh.

both stories have a leap on the escalation of violence. some things must have been omitted.

the driver was gonna do a u-turn but didn't on the wrong turn then he used a proper u-turn slot. then both parties meet again

traffic enforcer's story:
driver showed him the middle finger,
TE asked driver to do it again on cam, driver grabbed the enforcer's cam, then the TE's shirt, then kept hitting him in the face,
and then held him by the shirt and ran the car dragging him along

the driver dragging the enforcer with the car for taking a video is over the top story. Drugs? drugs would have factored a rage to run over the TE and drag the body until accidentally released story. i believe rational minds are still at play. it could be a struggle to grab the phonecam inside the car.


driver's story:
TE was videographing him since the cancelled u-turn,
on the way back TE still kept on the videography,
the driver asked what's the problem,
the TE went nearer and aimed the cam on driver, driver swatted the cam, TE grabbed the driver, cursed and hit the driver, the driver tried to be unhanded by using arms, then by running the car away.


WTH? drive a maserati and get used to people taking pictures of it, could even be smug about it, so that's surely not the reason why the driver got into an altercation with the enforcer. it's the finger salute and or some stinging curse words
