    in this case no, pinaka pwede na lang nila gawin is suspend ang license but can still be contested by a good lawyer. kaya talaga dapat di mag pa areglo si mmda te.

    Motorist accused of assaulting MMDA constable will cooperate, says lawyer

    A Maserati-driving motorist who was caught on video assaulting a Metropolitan Manila Development Authority traffic constable in Quezon City Thursday remained at large Friday, but a lawyer approached police to say he will cooperate in the investigation.

    Lawyer Ian Vincent Ludovice went to the Quezon City Police District on Friday to supposedly assure them that Joseph Russel Ingco, 39, will cooperate in the investigation, radio dzBB's Allan Gatus reported.

    The dzBB report said Ludovice met with QCPD Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit head Chief Inspector Rodel Marcelo but declined to comment on what they discussed.

    He would only say Ingco will face the charges and accusations against him, and that there is a legal process to follow.

    Ingco himself remained at large as of Friday morning, after he was identified through a photo by MMDA constable Jorby Adriatico.

    While police guarded a residential area where Ingco supposedly stays, they failed to make any arrest.

    The MMDA has offered a P100,000 reward for information leading to Ingco's arrest.

    Adriatico pointed to a photo of Ingco when he met with Quezon City police chief Senior Superintendent Joel Pagdilao.

    Earlier Thursday, Adriatico flagged down a motorist aboard a blue Maserati at the corner of Quezon and Araneta Avenues.

    The motorist made a U-turn, yanked Adriatico by the uniform, punched him, and dragged him from Araneta Avenue to Scout Chuatoco. —Joel Locsin/KG, GMA News

    Maserati driver tinago pati pamilya nya. Putek, duwag din pala. Meron lang 6M na kotse yumabang na. Wala ka bang pambayad ng kotse kaya pati cellphone snatching pinasok ni kupal.

    Dapat impound ng MMDA yang kotse dahil accessory to the crime at evidence. Huwag din bigyan ng palaka para hindi mabenta/isangla.

    Quite ironic that they're charging the Ghibli guy with direct assault on a person in authority, yet this PERSON IN AUTHORITY is doing the rounds in TV always teary-eyed and about to cry. Dapat naman when you're a person in authority you act with dignity and hindi yun para kang nagmamakaawa.

    And even his wife and sister naiinterview and umiiyak din and playing the rich vs. poor card. And his kid is refusing to go to school bec. mabubully daw, c'mon really!!??

    Definitely not siding with Ghibli guy but the TE and his family is milking the issue dry.
