Was cruising at Sucat this noon via Dr. A. Santos Ave. (tama ba) when I couldn't help but notice this Black Isuzu Dmax 4x4 LS with his blinkers on the windshield. He just left it on blinking as if he's a police officer or something. But by the way he was driving, it doesn't seem he's after an emergency or anything grave. Cruising speed lang din kasi sya and I haven't noticed any reckless maneuver except for the way he cuts through other lane even when the other vehicles are on full stop. I also noticed it has a badge on the hood.
But when I stopped to see his plate number sa likod ng sasakyan nya, WALA! So I tried to look at the front plate and then ko lang nakita na red plate pala sya. So I wondered, why do these Gov't Vehicles have no rear plates and knowing we're in a 3rd world country, where do these politician of ours get around PhP 1.3M to buy a 4x4 Dmax?
It got me thinking whether that plate is really for that vehicle or not.
